Pumpkin Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz. can) pumpkin
  • 1 ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. gloves
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks of butter (melted)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan lightly with cooking spray. In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and all spices. Stir until combined. Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with yellow cake mix, followed by graham crackers. Pour melted butter evenly across top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set and edges are lightly browned. Taste great with ice cream or whipped topping.
