So easy to make. Who would ever guess bunny tails would be so good!
Ingredients
  • 10 to 15 Large Marshmallows
  • 4 to 8 ounces white chocolate baking bar
  • 1 tsp. shortening
  • 1 cup coconut
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate and shortening in microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Dip top of marshmallow into melted chocolate. While chocolate is still warm, covered with coconut. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Using melted white chocolate cover pound cake with marshmallows and place cookie face in position.

Use melted white chocolate to attach marshmallows and cookie face.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4 to 8 oz. white chocolate
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1¼ tsp. shortening, divided
  • 1 slice of frozen pound cake. (1/2 inch by 2 inch)
  • 1 Milano Cookie
Instructions
  1. As pictured, slice pound cake for body. Cut out center lower piece leaving 2 pieces for feet. See picture.
  2. Melt chocolate and ¼ teaspoon of shortening in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and dip feet on pound cake. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate is set.
  3. Microwave white chocolate and 1 teaspoon shortening for 90 seconds. Stir.
  4. Once chocolate on feet is set, working fast...dip one end of marshmallow in chocolate and stick to pound cake making the wool. Keep attaching all along side of pound cake under and all around. Attach cookie to front of pound cake for face.
  5. Using 2 marshmallows for eyes and 2 pinched marshmallows for ears.
  6. attach everything using chocolate. See picture for detail on how to paint the face and attach ears.

Rice Krispies Chocolate Dipped Eggs
 
These are great for the kids at Easter....
Serves: 20
Ingredients
  • 5½ cups of Miniature Marshmallows
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 6 cups of Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 8 ounces of White Chocolate Baking Bar
  • 1 teaspoon Shortening
  • Food Coloring
  • Lollipop Sticks
  • Ribbon for decoration.
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, microwave butter for 45 seconds or until melted.
  2. Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds or until marshmallows are melted. Stir.
  3. Add cereal to melted marshmallows and stir until cereal is coated.
  4. Using your hands shape warm krispie treats into shape of eggs.
  5. Insert lollipop stick. Set aside on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In med. bowl, microwave chocolate and shortening for 1 minute or until melted. Stir.
  7. Drop food coloring in chocolate. Stir. (I separated chocolate into 3 small bowls and did 3 different colors)
  8. Using teaspoon, drizzle bottom half of egg with chocolate, letting excess chocolate dip off before placing on parchment paper.
  9. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until chocolate is set.
  10. Tie ribbon just below egg.

 

 


White Chocolate Bunny for Hot Cocoa

White Chocolate Bunny for Hot Cocoa
 
Ingredients
  • 1 bunny marshmallow peep
  • 1 oz. white chocolate baking bar
  • ⅓ tsp. shortening
  • colored sprinkles
  • 1 straw
Instructions
  1. Insert straw into bunny. Set aside on parchment paper.
  2. Microwave chocolate and shortening for 1 minute or until melted. Stir.
  3. Using teaspoon, drizzle warm chocolate over bunny. Allowing to drip before placing back on parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle multi-colored sprinkles over chocolate bunny.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate is set.
  6. Serve on side of Hot Cocoa Mug. :)
