  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Stir until completely combined.
  3. Cook in ungreased miniature muffin pan for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
